Every few weeks my payment details get lost. I now check in before a payment is due to see if the details are still saved and they usually have gone. "oops we don't seem to have any payment details for you"Sort it out!
yes, this happens to me very regularly. It is very annoying. Check your payment details each month before payment is due and if they have lost them re-enter them.
Thanks, it is just a NowTV subscription issue - they keep losing my payment details and the first I know of it is when I find my subscription has been cancelled, unless I keep checking in just before it is due.
