NOWTV managing devices issue

Hi,

 

I removed my Xbox one device yesterday as there were issues with Xbox Live. I can now not re instate it and it says i have to wait until the beginning of March. I may as well cancel my subscription as this is the only device I watch it on. Can you help?

@Anonymous User the quickest method is to jump on to Live Chat and explain your situation, they might be able to sort something out for you this month.
Visit http://help.nowtv.com/article/Managing-Devices
and at the bottom will be a Contact Us button, from here Live Chat should be available (hours are 8am-midnight).
