Error code on Xbox one of c00d7159

When I try and load a film in now TV app on my Xbox one it keeps saying "sorry but your TV is non-compliant (HDCP) so you are unauthorised to play out content" How do I sort this out cause I'm just wasting money for now TV

@Anonymous User that's a shame. You could try asking Microsoft for compensation but I doubt they will be forthcoming. Please see below link to other devices you may wish to try:

I keep getting this error code when I try watching content but ive tried all the solution in the help forums and nothing has worked, why am I paying for this subscription when it stops working with a perfectly good television

I've tried everything to make now tv work but this pops up every time and it's frustrating me like crazy

My Xbox one won't let me watch movies. I've bought a 3 month pass and tried watching several different movies and each time its failed. I've changed HDMI cables and power cycled my console and TV. It still won't let me watch movies.

I am having a issue with c00d7159 and paying for something I can't use will be disconnecting by end of the month if not sorted

Keep getting this message, using Xbox one, there are lots of forums on this but all confusing as to what is happening. 

 

Is NOW TV fixing the issue or does this need to be reported to Microsoft?

 

Really frustrating lost 3 days of TV (especially my WTD marathon 😞 ).

@Anonymous User  It has taken until now for Microsoft to identify the problem with their software that is causing this issue.  They are working on rectifiying it.  Then the Now app developpers will be able to get the app working again.  It is of course entirely possible that the changes Microsoft make may allow the app to work again.  In the meantime here is a link to information on other devices:
