Keep getting this message, using Xbox one, there are lots of forums on this but all confusing as to what is happening.
Is NOW TV fixing the issue or does this need to be reported to Microsoft?
Really frustrating lost 3 days of TV (especially my WTD marathon 😞 ).
@Anonymous User It has taken until now for Microsoft to identify the problem with their software that is causing this issue. They are working on rectifiying it. Then the Now app developpers will be able to get the app working again. It is of course entirely possible that the changes Microsoft make may allow the app to work again.
