sports EPG dont update

as in the title really, the sposrts EPg dont update most of the time, If im watching the darts, flick up the channle list, most of the time its still way back hours before, not on the latest progrrammes.  It updates only when you exit the channel being watched and go "back in" to the channels?

Can you please double check that the time on your device is correct? Do you experience this issue on any other devices?

Can you please provide us with the Box firmware and app version please? 

If possible, please take a photo of before and after you try to see the EPG.
