Sky sports monthy pass problems - saying I need a pass and Ive got one.

As the title says, I've just bought a pass with a view to watching the NFL tonight and when I open up the sky sports bit and choose a programme to watch I get a message saying I need a pass! Payment is showing in my account as been taken and I've had my email.

Help please, kick off is around an hours time.
