Purchased week sky sports pass this morning and have been trying to activate but it won't happen for me. This was for the open golf and now I have missed all of today. Every time I think I am getting there they then ask me to make a purchase even though I have already paid

Bit of a long shot, but are you using the same username on the device that you are trying to watch the Golf with the same username that you purchased the sports pass with ?

Sometimes people have multiple usernames on their nowtv account.
