Sports Pass + Joshua Fight

I have just purchased the month pass and it said I would get a voucher to watch the Joshua fight, is this sent by email or snailmail?

When I click on Claim Your Offer in the email I then get a message saying the voucher code is not recognised.

I have managed to purchase Sky Sports for a month but still no acknowledgement email or anything that tells me I have the fight as well.

Very confusing.

I have purchased the bundle, but sky box office will not let me sign into it, as i am not a sky customer. I have downloaded the app, but it still will not let me sign in. can anyone help

@Anonymous User Welcome to the forum. Have you created an account on the Sky Box Office website yet, as you don't use your NOW TV or Sky TV account details to log into there? If you go to page 2 of this thread there is a helpful post by @Anonymous User explaining in more detail.

I am sick of Now tv the rip off merchants.Ordered the Joshua fight bundle 3 weeks ago and still have not received code and of course chat line is unavailable.Anyone in the same boat or any ideas?

Sky Box Office app on the Now box telling me I don't have a subscription and not giving me the option to type my details in anywhere.

I can watch the undercard when going through the Now TV app but that is due to finish at 7:00 according to the menu.

Whatever comes of this it has been too hard just to take advantage of this offer.

I've wasted around 3 hours of my time so far and been confused at every stage.

You need to keep trying to get through to them on live chat but it might take several attempts.

To get to live chat go to

https://help.nowtv.com/get-in-touch

and expand the Anything Else section at the bottom for the button.
