Sky sports day passes

been trying to get a reply for past hour and half

i have purchased a sky pass to watch both football matches

now ones already and still cant watch

as it tells me error cant obtain a licence so

i would like a refund as theres nothing on my page to say i can cancel

Sounds familiar. Money is out of my account and no access.  No meaningful contact info.

 

Cancel and delete Is the only solution.
