I have tried to watch a movie on the sky store and when I entered my bank details everything was fine then I went to pay and it said that they are having trouble finding the details so I tried a few other 1s and it just keeps saying the same. Can anybody help me PLEASE???

What's wrong withy now tv box? I have a tied to watch movie in sky stote and it keeps saying they can't find the detail I have tried online on my account and nothing is happening?? Could I get some help PLEASE??

@Anonymous User have you visited www.skystore.com on a computer or laptop first? You need to accept the terms and conditions and allow Sky Store to access your card details.

However SkyStore is a separate app and the movies aren't included with your NOW TV movie pass, you'll need to rent or buy them.

If you are just after watching movies on your pass enter the NOW TV green and blue app.
