Now TV week pass

Hi,

 

I tried to get a weeks today for Sports and it automatically set me up for a day pass.  Please can you recify this as I didn't or didn't mean to select the day pass.    It seems to be hard to find the week pass now or had touble finding it.   This is the first time I have had problems with getting the week pass,

 

 

Please could I have a refund for the day pass and help me to select a week instead.

Sorry to hear about the troubles you've had.

 

I have sent you an email about the refund request as it is an account related matter.

 

In regards to purchasing the Sky Sports week pass, please go to the NOW TV app on your NOW TV Box and go to the Sports section, select "buy Sky Sports pass" and then be sure to select the weeks pass option.
