Hey Now TV team, i received an offer to watch Liverpool v Everton so paid the special offer price of £3.00.  

 

I was unabke to watch it fir some reason, so i had to reactivate old account and pay £6.99 for a 24hr pass to watch the match

 

Any chance of a refund please?

Hi, don't think that they have seen this yet. Pop onto chat, they should have a record of the offer. To reach chat click the following link and then click the contact button, finally choose chat. http://help.nowtv.com/article/None-of-the-above-vouchers-and-offers they can process refunds. Be aware though there may be a wait to get through to them as there was an issue earlier in week which impacted on some people watching football.
