Hi,
I saw the Sky Sports Monthly pass being advertised on the Now TV website at 40% discount for 2 months (19.99/m) on 11th August, 2017 at 14:40. When I logged in and clicked on the offer it went back to 34.99 a month... not impressed

It states in the Terms & Conditions that the offer is for new NowTV customers without a current Sports Pass.
Do you qualify under these T&C's ?
If so then perhaps try contacting live chat on the link below.

Perhaps it's still worth speaking to live chat to see if they can offer you a Sports Pass deal (there is no harm in asking).

The current offer (1 month for £19.99) claims to be available to new and existing customers but if you sign in to your account the offer mysteriously disappears. If you try and claim the offer you have to claim it by signing up (rather than in). If you go to online support and ignore the fact that they pretend not to know anything about this and reiterate that in the T & Cs it says available for new and existing customers they'll (quite rightly) give you a £14.99 refund after purchase. Hope thats helpful (to you - not Sky)

When I click through the offer, it asks for new account details. It disappears when I log in. The voucher code appears to be:
SPM-NOW2224PTRRFU20pm1m-01
But that leads to the hmmmmmmm I don't recognise that voucher message. I am currently on the two week free trial and so far this does not impress me. Guess I'll take my £20 to the pub instead.
Small print:

"£20 Sky Sports Month Pass: offer entitles recipient to one Sky Sports Month Pass for £20 (standard price currently £33.99). Once your offer period ends your Sky Sports Month Pass will automatically renew at £33.99 a month unless cancelled. Available to new and existing NOW TV customers without a Sky Sports Pass only. Cancel anytime."

Turns out the voucher shown on the actual page is bogus. The real voucher is in the request (url): voucherCode=AANOWDIJSOTN. Once I logged in and applied that to the monthly Sky Sports pass it worked.
