No sound on Sky sports 3

sound on aevy other channel - be good if NOW TV could let us know what is happening before the tennis match finishes

I activated my one day sport pass today to watch the Nadal Federer tennis match.  No sound on sky 3.  Sound on other streams and on entertainment.

 

Using NOW box connected to my TV.

 

Any ideas?

I still have now sound. Watching the tennis on SKY 3 via Apple TV. It had sound for about a minute and then disappeared again. Spoke to a live chat representative called Suyog but he told me that he agreed it's really annoying and then disappeared??! This is ridiculous. Full refund please.
