My pictures getting worse and it froze on me

I bought the 10.99 week pass to watch the man u game and the arsenal game it was fine first half but constintly froze on me And just restarted on ita self which meant a missed majority of the game i feel as tho i should get a refund for this terrible service

• What's the make and model number of the device you're using to view the NOW TV service?
• How is your NOW TV playback device connected to the internet. Is it via a wired or wireless (WiFi) ethernet connection?
