Activating sky sports pass

I have brought a 7 day sky sports pass. When I look at my passes it is telling me it is ready and just to go on the sports channel. I have done this but I am not getting the sports channel.

From what I understand you will have been sent an email with your 'Entertainment' voucher code. Have you checked your emails, including junk mails?

We have a voucher code and submitted it when activating a new account. I can watch the sky sports but not the entertainment?
