no live channel steaming on any device.

Hi I cant get any of my devices to steam live channels.  I've unplugged my router and nowtv stick.  Still wont stream live channels.  Its been like this for a couple of days.  I have no issues with my internet.  All my other apps are fine.  Has nowtv gone down...?

I am assuming you mean the live TV NOW channels ?

 

These NOW live TV channels are running fine for me though i am not using a NOW Stick (currently watching live Sky Sports).

 

I would try some of the trouble shooting steps on this linked article below (start with step 6).
