Sport sound is not synced to the picture

I continue to have trouble that the sound is not synced to the picture. I watched 15 minutes EFL football highlights today, the sound began 5 seconds ahead and by the end was 30 seconds ahead. Is anyone else experiencing this, what can be done?

What device(s) are you using? As it’s been talked about on this thread with a workaround for NOW boxes  https://community.nowtv.com/t5/Off-Topic/Lipsynching/td-p/614779

Otherwise what have you tried to resolve at your end like

  • Delete/reinstall the app?
  • Unplug device and router for a few minutes?
  • Do a factory reset to the device?

If all that fails report to staff via live chat. Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
