Slow internet

It says broadband is ok but I cant even stream anything took 48 hours to download one game it clearly is not giving the speeds it says it does 

One night I can watch shows on netflix next day will buffer for several hours how long untill I can cancel without cancellation fee as I'm am not getting what I am paying for

You won't get any form of staff giving updates on here in relation to broadband. It has never happened in my time of using the forum.

Below are some standard things you can and probably have done before calling the team.

Have you done a factory reset to the router indicated in the link below?

This link also shows any planned outages as well wide spread faults.

You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
