Phone wont connect properly

Set up my hub a couple days ago and it's working perfectly with everything but my phone, my phone will connect to the hub but it keeps saying "connected with no Internet" and I've tried everything but it stays the same

See if there is anything in this similar linked thread below that helps, even if you don't own a Samsung mobile phone.

I have a Samsung s23 and have tried so many things I don't know what to do neither does my friend but her iPhone connects fine

Hi @Piper003 

I don't own a Samsung mobile, but there must be something on the Samsung phone setting that is blocking access to your NOW Router.

Perhaps type the error in the NOW Community search engine box for more results and suggestions.

If it was me I would also type something like "Samsung mobile connected with no internet Sky Broadband" into something like Google search to see any hit results.
