Opening port 554 to see camera externally

Hi

I have a streaming camera at home which was working great with my previous provider (plusnet).

I have reserved the address and set up Port forwarding on the new router and while it all works wonderfully on the local network, I can't get to it externally. 

Is port 554 being blocked elsewhere? It is commonly used for RTSP streaming.

My way around this was to switch the camera and port forwarding to another port. That seems to have done the trick...! 😁
