No broadband

Hello, 

I've been without broadband in Rutland (LE15) since around 5pm yesterday. 

Online it's saying there is an outage, but I'm struggling to find any further details or updates. Is there anywhere online that gives further info?

You won’t get updates online I’m afraid. To get any updates you need to call the broadband team using the number from the below link.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I am LE2 and no internet, there was a thunder and lightning stikes, not sure if that is coincidence or if NOW issue.
