My internet stop working 30 min ago

Rugby. The saime situation. My internet stop working 30 min ago. Restarted hub - no changes, all 3 lights is green but internet dosn't working. How i can fix it?

Sky internet is down nationwide unfortunately

You can’t mate. Mine is down West Yorkshire except mine has orange light on internet now I have reset it. Won’t let me test connection online just says they can’t do it as I’m waiting for technician or delivery.

It seems Sky's DNS severs are down affecting the whole country. Try changing your DNS settings to Google's DNS server; IP address 8.8.8.8, worked for me. It's generally quite an easy setting to change but will vary by device so do a quick Google search for changing DNS settings on your specific device if you don't know how.

Posting on here means noting when it comes to broadband as support NEVER come on and post on the forum. You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.
