This is what the website shows me:
"We couldn’t find your payment details.
Sorry, we can’t run any checks on your line until you add payment details to your account."
My payment details are up-to-date — I've been paying by Direct Debit for many months.
What can I do?

Because you are a NowTV Broadband customer then if you want to save time maybe try the telephone number on the link page below.
Don't worry if the link says complaints, the telephone number will get you through to the NowTV Broadband Team for further assistance & help.
