The router says no internet no matter what.
I've tried with and without filter - I have a BT openreach pre-filtered box coming into the house.
Service status check seems to indicate it can see my router - that's not possible it isn't plugged in - AND it reckons there are devices connected to it, with the lable ot Sky TV, again not possible.
I believe either the service status tool is a lie, or they have connected the wrong house.
When I ring I get frankly abysmal service from an Indian call centre who couldn't care less. I sent the photo's and have yet to get anything except an email telling me you sent an email....which I do not have in junk or elsewhere.
Seriously bad introduction to what should have been an easy process.
Oh yeh - and you've of course already charged me.
You certainly will not be speaking to staff on here for broadband issues, so saying 'you charged me' is pointless.
Give the broadband team a call. Nothing will get sorted out on here.
