LG plasma smart TV missing Nowtv app - software version 04.41.13

I have the most up-to-date version of the software but I am unable to find the NowTV app. The software version is 04.41.13 should I be able to get the NOW app?

If your LG Plasma Smart TV doesn't show the NowTV App in the LG App Store on your television, then i would guess your older Plasma TV is not supported.

Out of curiosity what is the model of your LG Plasma TV ?

50PM680T - we have both Netflix and Amazon - so unsure why NOWTV would not be supported - but I  fear you are probably correct.
