Fire Stick Black Screen But Audio Fine

I'm using the app on my Fire Stick with a non-smart Samsung Tv and whenever I try to watch on demand all I get is a black screen with audio. Live TV is fine.

I've tried unplugging, uninstalling, factory reset on Fire Stick etc. It works on my phone and computer.

Anyone have any ideas?

My Amazon Fire Stick 4K is running fine.

I can't offer much advice from the suggestions in the other link above.

I haven't got access to my Amazon Fire Stick at the moment but I can't remember if the Amazon screen saver is disabled or not on my Fire Stick, where on NOW Branded devices the screen saver has been causing a bit of a problem recently for certain customers.
