Ad on a paid subscription!!!

I dont pay money every month to watch advertising i pay to be able to click on a film and watch it never used to be like this after this month is over direct debit getting cancelled could always rely on Now TV now it's all advertising am done no more will stick with Netflix

Apart from when streaming live channels I have never seen advertisements on Now TV, they do though show short trailers for other films and programs before content starts when watching catch-up and box sets etc.

 

Amazon Prime also do this and I have seen reports that Netflix are trying out something similar.

The BBC iPlayer does it, but you can click OK to skip the trailer if you aren’t interested. 

it would be fine with me if NowTV did the same.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
