Windows 10 - jerky picture

I downoaded the nowTV app after getting nowTV last night. I tried to watch a show but it was really jerky and slurred.

I'm watching on my laptop which will probably be my only device. I had a 7.?mbps internet connection which seems ok so I' not sure of the issue.

I read somethign about 50hz for ps4s and looked for the same thing on my laptop but can't change to 50hz, can only use 60hz. 

Any help graciously received.

Hi @Anonymous User,

Is your laptop able to offer 75 or 100Hz? or any other frequency that's divisible by 25?

If not, you'll always encounter motion errors.
