I've been trying to get the Window app to work for almost a week now with no joy.
People have suggested deleting the Cisco files but they aren't there for me. I have seen other people mention that Cisco has been replaced by Synamedia and deleting those files doesn't do anything. They are automatically redownloaded straight away.
My next step will be seeing if I can leave the files and just delete the keys from the registry.
This is really frustrating though as I have been planning a movie night and have had to cancel a few times due to this.
Is there any sort of work around for Windows users where you don't need the application?
