Unloaded? Do you mean deleted off your Mac?
And then you tried to run it, and the Mac detects some files that got missed off the delete, so it knows an installation was there, but it isn’t complete any longer, and so reports ‘damaged’?
Or something rather different from that?
Either way, the solution is to download the Player again, which should pull everything out straight,
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
