Ever since I downloaded the NOW TV app on Windows 10, every show I try to watch is lagging and slow. And before you ask, no it's not my internet, my internet is completely fine. I've tried at least 5 different times to watch shows on the Windows 10 app and it lags and plays slow everytime. I use the NOW TV app on my Xbox one and it works fine. What is the issue with the Windows 10 app? I've read many reviews saying that the same thing happens for them and it is a problem on NOW TV's end that hasn't been fixed.
