Login page wont load on the Web

Go to the NOW TV Web page to login to then watch On microsoft laptop - directs you to a new webpage to sign in and its just doesnt load . All day yesterday , this morning it did then this afternoon still not loading - really starting to wind me up ! Any ideas or anyone getting same issues ?

What browser are you using? 
Have you tried deleting the cookies and data?

What about another browser?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Wave browser and Microsoft edge - one worked yesterday for a bit . Now I keep getting this loading circle every time I try to load it .

Have you downloaded the Now Player app to your laptop? This is a separate thing from Now in the browser, and you need both on a Windows device,

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
