Help please

Hi there, i have a Mac, an iphone and an xbox, i want to use NOW TV on my xbox and i have an old account, it says i need to update my payment info on a pc or laptop to even get into it to use it, so i go online on my mac, click payment details and it just keeps redirecting me in a loop until safari cant connect due to too many redirects, ive searched other forums etc and lots of people have had the same problem but apparantly its been sorted ? it really hasnt because i cant get it to work ...

 

any ideas please ? thanks

Ive figured it out !!!

 

Just incase anyones had the same problem as me i thought id reply to my own message to help anyone with the same issue, in the my account section, i clicked on my package and because my payment info wasnt in there i took me straight to the payment section, i put it all in there and its let me in now !!
