Error codes whilst watching on windows laptop?

Hello,

I was just watching GA on my asus windows laptop through the app, a few episodes in it went blank and errored with a "oops something went wrong" message and the following codes:

9020 (0XFD8000FG)

Does anyone know whats wrong?
