Unable to watch on two devices without booster

I cannot watch Now Tv on two devices at the same time. Why?

I had to purchase the booster just so two devices can watch at the same time. I am sure this shouldn't be the case, should only need booster for 3 devices, isn't that correct?

Any thoughts, ideas?

Back in July 2021, NOW dropped the simultaneous streams from two to one.

Where Boost gets you three, plus additional benefits.

BT TV customers can get two streams without Boost, but it needs to be in a particular order and one of the devices must be the BT box.

Really? So, they reduced the service yet we are paying the same price or more? And this thing about you have to start watching from the BT box first...What if I am not at home but want to watch it on a mobile and tablet while I am away on holiday..?! What a lot of nonsense, it's not worth the money, I am just going to cancel the lot. Thanks for your comments, was really helpful, appreciate it.

Don't know if you are paying full price for Boost, but maybe try cancelling Boost to see if you are given a discount retention offer to keep the Boost running at a lower price you are currently paying.
