Problems with LG TV App

A couple of problems. 
1. Frequently forgets which is the next episode of a series when it starts up. Seems to often show the last rather than the next. 
2. When watching an episode, using down arrow and then attempting to select a different episode crashes the app. 

Any help would be appreciated 😁

Don’t worry the forgetting where you were watching happens across all platforms. It almost constantly happens on my Samsung TV.

Beginning to lose my will with Now TV.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
