Hi, I’ve had an email offering me 50% off movies for 3 months. It has to be used by tomorrow (12th June). I have clicked on the link today to take advantage of this offer but I get a message appearing saying ‘unable to retrieve product information’ and to ‘choose another membership’.
It does this every time I click on the link. Any idea what I can do?

Try clearing cookies and cache when in My Account, that should also log you out. Then click on the offer link again. You should see new member, or existing member options. Choose the latter, login and see if it works.
Otherwise, get on to the NOW TV support team via live chat.

I'm getting the same message.
Unable to retrieve product information, please select another product
My Cinema 'Membership' has less than 1 month to run, but it is not allowing me to tack this on the end.
I was under the impression that as long as you had less than a month to go (Mine expires 3rd July) that you could add offers on the end. Always been that way for me so far.
Looks like they won't get a few extra quid from me.
Cleared History, Cache, Cookies etc etc, tried 3 different browsers, still no joy.
Any Ideas
