I tried to get Now TV for a single day to watch the Formula 1 but I have been changed for the month

Hello Community

 

This weekend I thought I saw an offer for a single days viewing of the formula 1 for £5 but today I checked my billing to see that I have been changed £20 for the whole month. I don't want NOW TV for a whole month and I would really like a refund of £15. Does anyone know how to do this? The chatbot was useless.

See here for a posting with, among other things, a link that will lead you to Now Live Chat, where you can see if Now can rescue the situation for you.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
