Bundle not applied

Hi

I clicked on the Entertainment and Cinema offer and started the Now TV journey. I wanted to watch a movie, and it says I have to buy the Cinema membership. I was under the impression that the bundle included it.

I have checked my account, and I have only the entertainment and booster added only,

How can I claim the Cinema for £5 for 6 months as it was on the offer?

Your best bet is to jump over to live chat and let them look into your account (assuming you have only created one account) on their computer data base.
