My UK card has expired, Payment could not be taken. I'm trapped in France due to Covid. I just need to pay one month's subscription by my French Credit card but am being refused. My daughter is trying to pay online from the UK with her UK card but is being rejected. The online webcahats are worse than useless. Want to pay but I'm being threatened with disconection.

The broadband people were very unhelpful.
She said I should use the webchat. Absolutely useless

NOW provide both broadband and TV. So saying your with Now TV doesn’t mean much, just means your a customer with NOW.
Was it broadband or TV membership your trying to sort out?

TV membership,..... the broadband people, who the only ones with a phone number are not interested

For all things TV you have to use live chat, if you try to call the broadband team for TV they will just redirect you to live chat.
To get to live chat you need to click “chat online”.
