lg smart tv

hi there 

I have a lg 3d.smart tv and just went to go on the now tv app and it is saying is no longer supported on this tv how do I fix this please, the last time I used it was probally July and was working OK. 

 

Hope not got to purchase more now tv products as a real scam if got to,  it was the whole point of having a smart tv in the first place.  All my other apps like prime working fine, and I have the latest software update  on my tv.

If you however have a LG NetCast it is no longer supported.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Is it on Google and gives me the model numbers ?

To get the model number you will need to go to 

  1. Settings
  2. Genereal
  3. About TV
  4. TV information
