We're all doomed!

Or at least twiddling our thumbs and having to get a life over the next couple of weeks.

..A two week update schedule is quite something, what on earth are they doing?

Current forum rubbish though, its full of people posting stuff in the wrong places , ie asking for help with the router in the Now streaming device forum and desperatly needs some customer service reps from Now on board who can sort things out

My guess is they're adding an ai help chatbot. Problem is ai is only as good as the people that train them and if Now can't add broadband to my online account, no ai chatbot will either.

Just to confirm. This is  essential work on the back end so you won't see any changes to the forum.

@redchiz1 Understand posts in the wrong place is frustrating but unfortunately it's not easy to perfect with out constantly moving posts around. We actually see a lot of less as we did with the old board set up. Feedback is always appreciated though so please if you have any suggestions feel free to DM me.
