Firstly go into your online account on here and under My Account > Manage Account > My Passes and fully cancel the one month sports pass.
Then go to My Details & Settings and add a Payment Pin to your account to prevent this happening again in the future.
Then sometime tomorrow jump over to live chat, explain to them what's happened and ask for a full refund.
