Samsung 4k

Hi 

I was using now TV on there box and PS4 (could only get 2.0 sound not 5.1) 

But since buying a new Samsung q7f TV I use the now TV app on the TV and getting full Dolby digital sound plus the picture is way better than the box or PS4 

My question is I'm I getting 4k though the app now ??

Alas not; even the 4K NowTV box doesn’t have 4K NowTV, and your Samsung TV is upscaling the 720p by guessing another four or five pixels for every one the NowTV app actually provides.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Are ok thanks not really that bothered as it looks really good on it  the picture seems better than the PS4 app and  the Dolby digital sound now is great
