Remote stopped working

Had our box less than a month remote stopped working yes I've changed batteries and tried a friends remote and it works ... Please help how do I return remote for new one

Welcome to the forum. As your box is still under warranty, you should  return it to the store you bought it from or, if you bought direct from the NOW TV website go here

Also  if you have an Android or Apple phone/tablet you could download the official Roku app from the relevant App Store and use that to control your NOW TV box via wifi until you can return it.
