I have tried several times to set my account up but it will not accept my card details. They are all entered correctly and there’s nothing to stop/decline the details. I have noticed others have had problems......what can I do? There is no one to contact at now tv which is silly!!

@Anonymous User some times it's the registered address that holds things up. If your house number is 7 you may need to enter 007 or for 2 digit house numbers like 32 you may need to enter 032.
