I am trying to get a new parental pin. I've changed my email today and I think the link keeps being sent to my old email address

Have you not got access to the old email address? That will probably be to confirm the change. Once logged in you can simply change the PIN in My Account. Otherwise, the TV support team should be able to help you with this, get on to live chat here.
