Why is it impossible to get connected to a human??

For what as you do know that NOW offer both TV and broadband products?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Broadband - used the live chat but its just a bot, and can't actually type my own questions in.

You didn't get live chat. Sounds like you got 'Get help quicker', that is a bot which only goes by certain responses. 

The real live chat is reserved for TV members only.

Broadband is handled via call centre. 

Why do you need to speak to staff? As some stuff can be sorted before needing to speak with someone.
