OK so horror movie mashups don't have a great track record - Alien v Predator, Freddy Vs Jason but ....
For any fans of Asian Horror this has to be the film of the year ...
Let's see Sadako and Kayako, two of the freakiest creations ever to come out of Japan, face off against each other!
@caseyb1993 you definitely need to watch this! It's out in Japan in June but there's no news on a UK release yet ... if it doesn't we definitely need to come up with a money making scheme to get us to Tokyo in time! 😄
Solved! Go to Solution.

Whilst we are on the subject of horrors @Andy, have you seen this site?
It's the NOWTV of horrors! I haven't joined but it looks good.

Scratch that @Andy the unmasking music is different.
Awwww don't do it now but if you get a spare minute sometime see if you can find a 'proper' version for me ... No rush! 🙂

@caseyb1993 Cheers! I'll give that one a go as soon as I can! Wonder why that's 10 mins longer than the other one?!?
That's the line!! Can't quite fit the order of everything in my head (also end up drinking whenever i watch it) but I reckon you can't be far off the end. Gotta admit, TC may be a very different Pennywise to BS but he's definitely got a style all of his own! 😄
Had a free RakutenTV rental last night so watched King Arthur, loved it even tho the critics slated it. It's definitely a Guy Ritchie movie, basically if you like his Sherlock Holmes you know exactly what you're getting with King Arthur. Soundtrack was proper kick-ass!
Looks like everything's 99p rental this weekend too.

@Andy Try this one as this also sounds familiar. The unmasking scene still has different music but I'm sure I've still seen this version as well.

I love Rakuten TV! They have great offers. 🙂

@Andy Me again! I found it! See how the date is different? A different score. 🙂

@Andy Good job this movie is in the public domain 😄
I'm 1000% sure this is the one as 3 key scenes have the music that I know of. 🙂
Saw you TubiTV post as well, I have that app and can't say I have used it yet.
Oh heck Plan 9! Not Plan 9. 😄
I downloaded an app called CuriosityStream which I'm thinking of trialling. Apparently it is the Netflix of documentaries. 🙂

@caseyb1993 I only installed it today out of curiosity (there's hundreds of those free movie apps and most are panty-pants) ... couldn't believe it when I saw they had Suspiria and Phenomena! The PQ is really good on it. Admittedly most of the rest of the movies are never-heard-of-Z-movies but still! 😄
Ive never watched Plan 9, but I know it's a B-movie classic! 🙂
I remember you mentioning CuriosityStream before, did you not get round to it?
11-11-2017 19:59
@Andy I did? Lol I must have forgotten about it. I usually go to signing up and then I find something on Netflix and put it off.

@Andy Make sure you watch this Nostalgia Critic review.

I didn't know this was a mini series as well. 😮
Once I've finished IT, I will be watching that review as well. 🙂

@caseyb1993 Watched it!!
Wow! I knew there'd been a Shining mini-series but I didn't know anything about it, all I can say is thank goodness I watched the podcast instead of wasting four hours of my life on the show!
Seriously, how BAD must that have been! I mean, that kid -seriously???? Is he one of the worst kid actors ever? And Rebecca De Mornay, where did she come from? She hasn't been in a decent movie since 1992!!!! And the one hour tour of the hotel, with the .... gasp .... Closing doors!
Finally we build up to the really scare part .... The plants don't have snow on them anymore! 😄
The vidcast was very funny though, far more entertaining than that horrendous version! And to think, Stephen King didn't like Kubrick's version of The Shining! Bonkers! 😄
