Contract help

Hello, I've just noticed for past xx amount of months I've been getting charged off now tv without even using the service, I have logged into what I thought is the account that's being charged but it not, is there anyway of any staff helping me out please? All I have that I can get into is this account and my bank which is telling me I'm being charged.

Please help, I'm losing money for a service I'm not receiving.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
